Terms of Service
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and CodeDraft LLC (“Forged,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and govern your access to and use of forged.codedraft.io and all content, downloads, and services we provide (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Forged you represent that you meet these requirements.
Accounts and Access
Forged uses passwordless “magic link” sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that occurs through your sign-in links and sessions. Your access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share your account, sign-in links, or downloaded materials with anyone else. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
Forged is offered as a paid subscription across tiers described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal until you cancel.
Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price for your tier. If we change subscription prices, we will give you advance notice; price changes apply to renewals after the notice period. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by law, all payments are final and non-refundable, given the immediate digital access Forged provides. We may choose to grant a refund in an individual case at our sole discretion, but we are under no obligation to do so.
License and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Forged content for your own individual purposes. This is the most important limit on that license: you may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, post publicly, resell, or otherwise share any portion of the content or downloads with any third party without our prior written consent.
You also agree not to:
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with access controls, rate limits, or security features;
- share, sell, or transfer your account, sign-in links, or download links;
- use automated means to scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Unauthorized redistribution or sharing is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your access and any remedies available to us under law.
Intellectual Property
All content, guides, templates, code, configurations, and other materials made available through Forged are owned by CodeDraft LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, we reserve all rights. You may use templates and code samples we explicitly provide for that purpose within your own projects, but you may not redistribute them as a competing product or publish them as your own.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service and all content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, security, compliance, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for independently testing and validating any configuration, architecture, or technique before applying it — particularly to production, regulated, or customer-facing systems. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information is accurate or current.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeDraft LLC and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, service disruption, infrastructure costs, security incidents, or lost profits, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CodeDraft LLC and its owner from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and Microsoft Azure for hosting and delivery. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or practices.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms — including, without limitation, the redistribution and acceptable-use restrictions above — or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your license to access content ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in [STATE] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
